Our primary carrier is UPS, they provide the best ability to track orders throughout the in transit process and are very consistent. When you select Nornal shipping during check-out, we will normally ship by UPS ground but maintain the option of using a different carrier.
Shipping options include UPS Ground, Three Day, Two Day and Overnight. We also offer USPS Priority and Airmail shipping for those hard to reach locations (Alaska and Hawaii)*. We do not ship outside the United States or to locations requiring customs forms (Canada, Guam, APO boxes). Other than normal shipping which is discounted, we charge the carriers published rate. Rates are shown to you before you submit your order based on estimated overall package weight.
Using OneGreatCup Discounted shipping method, we offer flat rate shipping by order size with no charge shipping for orders over $75.00 in product value.
We always provide shipment and tracking information. To do this most effectively we need an email address for you and then, as we ship the order your order confirmation and tracking numbers are delivered to your inbox. If we do not have an email address, shipment tracking information will be available on the website in the My Account / My Orders portion of the website.
* Orders for Alaska and Hawaii, please select UPS Ground.

We want you to be 100% satisfied, so we stand behind our orders and service. If we make a mistake we fix it, if there is a problem with the product we work with you to get a resolution.
If for any reason you have a problem with your order let us know and we will work to make it right. You can always return any unopened, unused product for a full refund of the product price. Products must be returned in appropriate packaging to make sure it arrives without damage. Coffee must be returned within 30 days so that it can be returned to inventory and be re-sellable.
If you need to return a product, please let us know ahead of time. To process a return, we need the name on the order, the order number and the items that you wish to return. We will provide an Return Authorization number to be placed on the package being returned.
